Cesar Burgos, a former MassEdCO Educational Talent Search advisor at Burncoat High School in Worcester, brought his passion for helping people achieve their full potential to work with him. Cesar convinced his current employer, XSell Realty of Worcester, to make its annual holiday charitable donation in 2016 to his former employer. Donna Connolly, MassEdCO's director of youth access and career planning, recently accepted a check from the real estate agent. MassEdCO is grateful for their unrestricted gift and for their interest in higher education.
