Dependent Student
If you are single, without children, and under 24 years old:
Required Student Information
- Social Security Number
- Driver’s License Number
- CollegeBoard Username and Password
- If you are not a U.S. citizen, your Permanent Resident Card, or I-94
- 2022 W-2 Form
- 2022 Federal Income Tax Return
Required* Parent Information
- Credit/Debit Card for the required fee(s)
- Social Security Numbers (both parents)
- Date your parents got married or divorced
- Parent’s email address
- Records of Untaxed Income, SSI Income, veteran’s benefits, or military/clergy allowances for 2022
- Value of Retirement Accounts
- Latest business records (IF APPLICABLE)
- Latest stocks and bonds records (IF APPLICABLE)
- 2022 W-2 Forms (both parents)
- 2022 Federal Income Tax Return
- Balance of parents’ bank accounts
- Monthly rent/mortgage payment, date of home purchase, purchase price, current value of home, and what is owed on the home
